APPLY FOR GRANT
Applications are accepted annually in the spring. Completed applications received before the deadline are reviewed by the board of advisors at the annual meeting. All applicants will be notified of the board’s decision by email within thirty days of the application deadline.
INFORMATION & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
IMPORTANT: READ & CAREFULLY FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS
- For 2024, the amount of $5,000 to $10,000 will be awarded.
- Organizations can apply for funding if they provide services in one or all the following areas: Ohio and Marshall Counties in West Virginia and Belmont County in Ohio.
- Applicants must be recognized as 501(c)(3) organizations, classified as public charities under Code Section 509(a), or partner with a nonprofit fiscal agent. Qualified charities include charitable, religious and educational organizations, school districts, public libraries and other government-affiliated organizations. We do not recommend grants for distribution for individuals or for-profit endeavors.
- Applications will only be accepted via email. Write ONLY the name of your organization in the subject line. Do NOT write anything other than the organization name, such as “Application,” “Grant Application,” etc. in the subject line. Applicants who do not follow this procedure exactly will not be considered. Send completed application to apply@jayceesfund.org.
- Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Organizations are limited to one application per grant cycle. Multiple applications will not be considered.
- Submitting a final or interim grant report is required for all grantees to complete the grant cycle and be eligible for future funding.
